Since she entered 4th grade (when playdates started to die out and homework picked up), I've tried to let C. have a group of friends over about one friday night a month or so. Of course the remodeling screwed up that, so she took a hiatus for several months. Friday she had one final gathering for the school year.

And since T's room was being shared with two sisters, he hadn't had a sleepover for many months, either. He got to have a friend over on Friday, too. Here they are, after writing a song for their guitars:
